Poor communication with the host, did not receive check-in information the day of arrival and had to place numerous calls to receive check-in information. Also, was contacted early on by the host about the number of house guest, even though I clearly stated 12 people. They wanted to make sure there was no partying going on during our stay (there wasnt) however their listing clearly states that this is a great place to host a "party of up to 30". Overall, the property worked for our quick needs, but would not recommend for more than a night or two.

House was just what we need and meet all our expectations for our family trip. Property was very clean and well maintained. Sitting on porches in the morning with coffee was nice and relaxing. With 2 bedrooms on main floor makes this a perfect spot for all ages.
